Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and systems. The successful candidate will ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and available while providing technical support to users and resolving IT-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security.
• Perform regular backups and assist with disaster recovery.
• Maintain IT documentation and system records.
• Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth daily IT operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in systems administration or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of backup, security, and system monitoring practices.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
